SURVEY GUEST 2009 – Slovenians Beat the Croats

Compared to last year, Slovenian salespeople have improved in the quality of services provided to the customers.

During the period between the 19th and the 24th of February the second yearly evaluation of 5 basic elements of quality service provision, was implemented in the territory of former Yugoslavia and Bulgaria (Kosovo was not included this year).
