MSPA Conference 2026

Ten years of receiving the MSPA Elite 2026 recognition is more than just an important milestone. It is confirmation that quality, professionalism, and long-term commitment to the international mystery shopping community truly matter.

This year’s international conference of the MSPA Europe/Africa association, held in Alicante, Spain, was once again a valuable professional experience for us.

Not only because of the presentations, discussions, and networking opportunities, but also because events like these clearly demonstrate how rapidly the fields of customer experience and mystery shopping continue to evolve.

The conference brought together nearly 200 professionals from 30 countries, giving the event a truly international perspective. Discussions focused on some of the most important challenges facing our industry today: how to maintain trust, how to promote ethical approaches, how to create real value for clients, and how technology and artificial intelligence can support the profession without replacing human judgment and understanding.

This year’s conference was especially meaningful for Skrivnostni nakup because we had the honor of personally receiving the MSPA Elite 2026 recognition, an award we have now earned for the tenth consecutive year. We see this recognition as an important international confirmation of the quality of our work, while also recognizing it as a responsibility to continue maintaining and developing the highest professional standards in the years ahead.

We are particularly proud to have represented Slovenia at this international event and to bring the knowledge, insights, and global experience gained there back to the work we do for our clients.
