On Thursday the 3rd of April 2008, in the Congress Hall of MERCURIUS in Ljubljana’s BTC City, the 3rd Mystery shopping Conference and Open Door Day were held. The conference was between 11 AM and 3 PM.
It targeted: directors, sales team leaders, marketing leaders, HR leaders, training department leaders, etc. Due to increasing competition and decreasing spending power, a quality product and good promotion no longer suffice. Increasingly important are the employees’ personas and their ability to carry out a quality service.
