The 42nd Generation of New Mystery Shoppers Trained

We once again gathered in the company of our indispensable colleagues – our new mystery shoppers. In September 2025, we hosted and trained a new generation. Mandatory training for mystery shoppers is our regular practice, and this is already our 42nd generation of mystery shoppers!

We invited new collaborators to our free training session. However, not just anyone could attend. The new mystery shoppers first had to prove themselves through a test assignment – not everyone made it through the selection process. Those who did were invited to sign a cooperation agreement with us and then attend the training in Ljubljana. During the training, we introduced them to what professional mystery shopping means, why companies commission this service, and how the results of our reports help businesses improve their processes. It is also important to understand and embody the “scenario” defined by the client and to know how to write a high-quality report. The knowledge transfer always takes place in person, supported by real-life examples, ensuring that our new mystery shoppers are truly prepared to perform visits objectively and reliably.

We look forward to new stories and contributions to improving the quality of services in Slovenia.
