In 2024, we again participated in the MSPA Europe/Africa conference. We once again strengthened ties with professional colleagues and agencies to improve the quality of sales services using the method of Mystery Shopping. The participation this year was almost a record, with professional colleagues from all over Europe, Africa, as well as from the United Arab Emirates, North America, Japan, China and Australia.
Participants from different parts of the world shared with us their views and practical examples. Together we exchanged views on how to do the best at the things that matter most (“Do best what matters most”). We focused mainly on current challenges and the implementation of artificial intelligence in our work, so that we are even more efficient and continue to ensure the highest level of quality.
Elite Member 2024
Through various engagements and upgrading of our expertise, we have earned the MSPA Elite Member award for the ninth year in a row, which once again proves that we care about our growth, and thus yours, in the field of Mystery Shopping.
