We are excited to announce that we are the recipient of the prestigious international award ELITE MSPA 2023, this time for the eighth year in a row. We are the only Slovenian Mystery Shopping agency that has received this reward every year since 2016. We are proud to exceed the standards of processes and quality and contribute to the development of Mystery Shopping service in Slovenia. Without the help of our team, Mystery Shoppers and our clients, who sincerely want to provide a better user experience, we would not have succeeded.
The criteria for obtaining the MSPA Elite certificate are:
- organize a local event about Mystery Shopping
- writing articles on the topic of Mystery Shopping and thereby raising awareness in Slovenian management of the correct use of results and communication with employees,
- active participation in MSPA projects,
- attending their conferences and trainings abroad,
- contribute to MSPA Europe/Africa website.
