The 8th Conference Mystery Shopping Day

On Thursday, March 21, 2024, the 8th Mystery Shopping dan conference took place in the Crystal Palace, BTC, Ljubljana, the only specialized professional conference in the field of customer purchasing experience (CX) in retail.
