During the Mystery shopping day, organized yearly by the company Skrivnostni nakup d.o.o., a certificate for providing quality services has been awarded for the fourth time. This time the certificate went to Harvey Norman Trading d.o.o. The company demonstrated how, by investing into and providing quality services for the clients, the company can significantly improve their sales.

Every year during the Mystery shopping day, we award a certificate of improvement in the quality of services to the company that uses mystery shopping consistently and improves the quality of their services towards their clients. In 2008 we awarded the certificate to MERKUR d.d., for their use of mystery shopping, which enabled them to significantly improve the staff’s attitudes towards their clients.

On Thursday the 3rd of April 2008, in the Congress Hall of MERCURIUS in Ljubljana’s BTC City, the 3rd Mystery shopping Conference and Open Door Day were held. The conference was between 11 AM and 3 PM.

It targeted: directors, sales team leaders, marketing leaders, HR leaders, training department leaders, etc. Due to increasing competition and decreasing spending power, a quality product and good promotion no longer suffice.
