Company Skrivnostni nakup d.o.o., Slovenia’s first and biggest mystery shopping agency, organized the first Mystery Shoppers’ Conference, which was held in Ljubljana, on Saturday the 19th of January 2013. The aim of the conference was to offer additional training to mystery shoppers and demonstrate to them how they can perform their ‘mystery work’ even more thoroughly and professionally. The guest speaker was Ms. Sanja Bajramović, from the marketing department of Abanka, which is one of the company’s clients.
The speaker presented the importance the mystery shopping method has in their company, how they use the results to encourage the employees, and she shared the experiences and examples of good versus bad practice with mystery shoppers.
At the conclusion of the conference, the mystery shoppers completed an anonymous survey, which showed that the conference was of immense importance to them. They gathered new information, learned new skills, received feedback about their work and some suggestions on how to further improve their work.
